This is my version of the salad...
Toss into salad bowl...
1 cup or a good handful of fresh Sweet Red Butter & Baby Spinach
1/2-3/4 of a Granny Smith Apple (hubby snacked on the rest...lol)
1/2 cup or so of Blueberries
1/4 cup walnut halves
1/4 cup or so of shredded carrots
Drizzle honey over top.
The "recipe" actually said to make a dressing out of the Honey and Lemon Juice...however, I didn't have lemon juice so just used the honey . It also suggested Romaine Lettuce but the commissary did not have any in stock when I went shopping for the ingredients... Can't wait to try it with the lemon juice though!

Didn't get it in today. Was a long day at work. Lots of walking, lifting & unboxing of merchandise, then processing it...

i love throwing whatever I have in the cupboards, refridgerator or pantry into a salad :) yours sounds yummy!
