Day 3, Week 1

My push-up, abs, & squat challenge went well again today. I really struggled with my push-ups as I've never (ok, just once) done this many at one time... but it's not hurting today at least. Last time I reached this amount, my chest muscles hurt for better than 2 weeks!

Today's Counts:

Push-Ups: 57
Squats: 91
Abs: 102

WOw. I think I may try doing this kind of thing next week. Pushups are NOT my strong point, haha/

Sab, I love push-ups...they work so many muscles all at once. I've been doing them for quite a while now so I actually started on the highest level of the challenge. If you are interested in the challenge, go to www.onehundredpushups.com and you can find all the links there for the other's I'm doing also... If you are just starting out with pushups, then I suggest you start at the first level! Good Luck!
