The total number of push-ups I have done in the past two days! Arms and chest feeling GREAT! It's a start. Going to start my 100 push-up challenge again soon!
Tuesday... 6 sets of 10 push-ups, with about 1 minute between sets.
Wednesday... 5 sets of 10 push-ups, with about 1 minute between sets
Decided I better take a break today as I don't want to hurt myself...LOL.
