Week 2, Day 2... COMPLETE!

Wow, each of the days of this challenge just keep getting harder and harder...but I'm managing to survive each day's challenge. I did change it up a bit this time to give me more of a rest period between sets and I did each of the set 1's before doing each of set 2's, etc. until all 5 sets were complete

Today's Accomplishments...

75 Push-Ups
121 Ab Crunches
108 Squats

Time to get showered and dressed so I can have lunch with hubby before I head to work.

Thank You... I didn't get my third day in this week... may try and get it in tonight. Yesterday the ol' elbows were sore. Not sure if it was from the push-ups or the change of pace on our truck. I was doing the offloading and throwing the boxes down the conveyor so I'm sorta thinking it was the extra motion on my elbow from that... today's feeling much better though!
