Well, yesterday was not such a great day calorie wise. I was in town all day... Chiropractic appointment first thing... breakfast at McDonalds... Made appointment for my facial waxing... signed up for my Y membership... had my wax appointment... filled the Explorer up with gas... made layaway payment on our snow thrower... then went to work for an 8 hour closing shift... Kept me busy all day long!
Hubby hooked up my washer/dryer/pedestals with the help from the Chief. So, i was excited to wash a load of laundry this morning! LOL...
Yesterday's Blessings:
B: was actually early Lunch... 1/3 lb Angus burger delux, sm frys, Iced Tea
L: was actually dinner... Subway Roast Turkey & Swiss sandwich, small mozz cheese sticks, Lg. Diet Pepsi
Snacks: popcorn & Yogurt

None, too busy with my errands and work
Today's Body Blessings:
B: Chicken... while fixing my lunch salad
L: Spinach Salad with shredded carrots, celery, radishes, broccoli, cauliflower, cranberries, roasted chicken, drizzled with raspberry vinaigrette dressing. Block of cheese.
D: Ribeye steak, sm. baked potato with butter, corn, fresh tomatoes
Beverages: 6 cups water, 2 bottles Flavored Water
