WOW....
I read last night on Prevention Magazine nutrition quiz that the Arby's Turkey & Swiss Sandwich I have been getting as I was thinking it is more nutritious then other choices I normally get, that the Turkey & Swiss Sandwich has MORE calories than a Big Mac! Wow... seems impossible, but it says that it is because of the large slices of bread... suggests going no mayo and eating just half a sandwich... Not so sure I could handle stopping with just a half sandwich though.

I know! I've been wanting to get that book about "Eat This, Not That!" But kinda a waste of money too. Try Caloriesperhour.com, they have lots of fastfood places and you can figure out if you can eat it, or just have half.
Yeah, I've only been eating half of that sandwich since I read about that. Definitely my fav sandwich there. Used to be chicken salad, but then I found out that was over 800 calories!
I guess that just goes to show we never know what we are consuming unless we prepare it ourselves or have the nutritional information readily available. Scary.
We just got a new Arby's here in town, but I don't do "sandwhich" type things anymore, so I haven't tried it. I can be honest though and say when I did eat bread, I LOVED Subway, and could eat a whole footlong ~ but I wouldn't suggest that.
