I began this blog several years ago when I first began my health and fitness journey. I began by just recording my daily health and fitness journey. What my workouts where, what my meals consisted of, and things I learned along the way. Fast forward several years, and my goals are pretty much the same. To lose weight, tone up, post my journey and share with others tips on healthy eating, fitness, and just living a healthier lifestyle.
